Both driver and passenger side heated/cooled seats are not working on my 2006 IS 250. When I turn the dials the green/red indicator lights on the sides don't come on. I checked the fuse under the driver side of the dashboard and the fuse is good. Neither the heat or cooling is working on both driver and passenger seats. Has anyone had this problem before? I saw in a UK owners forum with a similar problem that it was caused by the seats not being plugged in. Does anyone know where this plug would be in the car?

Fixed them. Took out the center console and found the seat controls weren’t plugged in.
