Leaking air...I finally decided to take the car to RimSpec in Grand Praire TX. A shop that specializes in repairing rims. They powder coated and now it looks awesome and no more air leaks. I feel like doing the other 3 rims.

Hmmm.. when I had my front passenger tire always leaking I took it to a shop and found I had actually cracked it when I hit a huge pothole I didnt see due to the fog by where I used to work. I hadnt thought about possibly reapiring it and just ordered another wheel. Either way its good to see yours was repaired and powder coated

So when you say that your wheel got a powdercoat does this mean that one of your wheels is a different color than the rest?

Mine did not have a crack, just the old "paint" was peeling off. Suppossedly they can fix cracks, but if I had a crack I would replace the rim too.

Can't safely repair a cracked cast wheel.
