hey guys, ive got an 06 250 that just hit 150k miles. When i shift from park to reverse, sometimes a loud "click" or "clunk" noise is made. not just when its cold or anything like that it seems like it just happens arbitrarily. also when i push the car hard from a stop itll make a click or two when accelerating hard in first gear. I read about the direct injection maybe causing the problem but i dont think thats it... also was gonna replace tranny fluid but learned its sealed and cant be replaced...

any thoughts?
I'm going to take it to a tranny shop or lexus dealer soon
