would dealer take your car in for trade if missing TPMS?
i'm currently running 19'' F Sport staggered wheels on my IS350, but will definitely put stock 18'' back on before trading it in next year. question is, i really don't want to move the TPMS over to the 18'', because it'd cost additional $$$ to remove them from my current wheels and then put them into the stock 18''. i would just sell the F Sport wheels with tires and TPMS as a whole. would dealer take my car in for a trade, and will it affect the trade value if TPMS are missing?

They will do a value of your car and go from there. That is not a worry for them, $80 piece is nothing to them. Mileage and condition is their concern so when you bring it in don't say a word. Once a contract is signed deal is complete

If you don't say something, they'll likely act as though it's a big deal and devalue it a lot more than the parts would cost. You can always bring it and see what they say, if they try to pull some **** on you about how they're going to have to diagnose it and pay some absurd amount, you can take it back and install some cheap TPMS sensors that you got from eBay or a junkyard.

They could careless about a petty sensor, I've had worse and it didn't change the value because that's basically maintenance replacement parts. Now if your car didn't shift correctly or over heated then sure the value won't be the same . If your oil change mess was on do you think they'll say "hey wait a minute, are you trying to pull a fast one on us"? "Please go get the oil changed". Plus you should tell them what you want for your car. It's an offer, counter offer, process.
