Default Brake replacement opinions needed

Ok guys so I am in need of new brakes front and rear very soon. I am going to need pads and rotors for the front as my rotors are well below minimum spec(i suspect this is why the PO did a pad slap) and ill be able to turn the rears and put new pads on. I just wanted some opinions on what you all like to use as far as replacements. I work at Toyota so I can get OEM at a pretty good price but wasn't sure if you all know of better options.

OE or Centric blanks and low-dust OE pads or Akebono ceramic pads.

There must be an echo in the room. Another vote for OEM low dust.
