Clicking noise when starting the car
It's like it does a click really fast. Sometimes it does it for longer. I think it has something to do with the brake Maybe I'm pressing it to long cause if I take my foot off the brake faster it doesn't do it.

Dont always assume it's the brake. Sounds weird but check your oil level, top it off! Of course it could be many things but I'd start there. If that is good do a new oil change, synth. and 6.5L

Clicking or more like a rattle? Does it do it ONLY upon the first 2-3 seconds after hitting the start button? Is it due for an oil change? IS250 or IS350? If a IS350 and you have not had the cam gear "rattle" recall performed on the car, it is a FREE fix at the Lexus dealership.

Have the same thing going on right now, haven't pin pointed it. Think it might be something electrical

Don't mean to jack the post but I got a similar issue same as the original post. It doesn't happen on cold start up but rather, all the starts after that first cold start.
@above^2: yes it only does it upon the first 2-3 seconds after hitting the start button. The last oil change was Nov. of 2014 (previous owner). and the 250 has only gained 2k miles since then. Maybe it's time for an oil change..?
