Default Front driver side signal

I been looking all over the net and forum and I cant find a DIY on how to replace the front passenger signal because is blinking super fast indicating a malfunction.

2007 IS250

U need to remove the bumper and headlight to change the bulb. The bulb goes in from the bottom of the headlight upward. It's a pita to change it I would bring it to the dealership and have them do it if ur not familiar with removing the bumper and stuff. They charge $60 for replacing it

Thanks, I figured that one after a few frustrating days, so I went to the dealer and got charged almost 200.00 buck for a damn bolb.

How!? Were there more parts to be placed/fixed? If you can scan the repair order we can dissect it?
