I'm trying to install my new sub and amp and need information on where I should hook up my line out converter to since i need rca? I think it has one stock sub in the rear which I need right and left speakers for the converter. Is there a way I can hook it up to that rear stock sub or would I have to use the door speakers? Any suggestions would be great thanks!

I just tapped into my rear sub from the stock amp and it worked perfectly. Some say to tap the front speakers as well but i didn't see the sense in that.

So with my loc which have 4 wires, I use that to tap into my stock amp wires instead of running the wires to my front left and right door speakers?

If your LOC has signal summing capability, you can tap a variety of wires. If not, tap the signal going to the factory subwoofer and call it a day. Remove the factory sub while you're at it as this will give you a "port" for sound from the trunk to enter the cab of the vehicle.
