Vola it pair to the RX350 rear view mirror, and he is nice enough to offer me a swap mirrors for free it is direct swap to my 07" IS the size the mount and the harness are the same on two cars I got them swap over, and the nice thing of the 14" RX mirror is illuminate on the three garage doors buttons and the power button and the N "map" button it look nice as night time here some pics compare the old and the new one.

The RX and IS has a same size mirrors, same mounting same harness too
I think from 2011 to 2015 RX has the same size mirrors, but 2014-2015 are newer model, it has ability to program the rolling code gagare door openers, like 07" is mirror could not pair the homelink, but my 14" GX could, some other 13" Lexus models and older could not pair the homelink due to rolling code thing? But any way I am happy now I don't have to use the homelink repeater for my car anymore.

Your '07 mirror, like any homelink compatible product, does indeed support rolling codes. Your confusion is that you have an newer opener with homelink Security+, also referred to as homelink 2.0. Homelink Security+ is Johnson Control's second generation version of their rolling code technology that increases range and reduces interference. It requires the use of a repeater, mounted on the wall in the garage, to be backward compatible with the first generation product.
