Question Need Help identifying this problem

Hey Guys I'm having a weird issue with the car, so every time I change the air circulation in the car or use the front windshield defogger the car makes a crazy buzzing noise. The crazy thing thin is that noise goes away after 1-2 mins of buzzing; I provided a sound clip down below and if anyone know whats causing this issue or have the same problem let me know
edit: the noise is coming the dashboard towards the passenger side and it's really loud even with music volume up at 25ish >

I think Knarf916 nailed it. Someone tried to change the cabin filter without switching to recirculate mode first, and rather than stop when they couldn't open the filter compartment, they forced it. Unfortunately it's an all-to-common problem...
