What resistor to use to bypass AirBag light?

If you still have the old seats I would guess that you could check the resistance of the correct pins of the male airbag connector on the seat with a multimeter and then buy a similar resistor to "plug" into the correct pins on the female connector in the car. Multimeters are only about $5-$10 at Harbor Freight or Fry's Electronics if you don't have one.

If someone has a wiring diagram of the seat airbag connector pin layout I'll measure the resistance, but I don't just want to start testing random pins and potentially set off an air bag.

About 2.1 or 2.2 Ohms according to the thread and the post from FIGS below. It looks like you will also have to make the seat occupancy sensor in the passenger seat think the seat is occupied or transplant it to the new seat. Good luck!
