Default sc300 200k miles

I didn't know where to post this but i have an is350 so im putting it here. I'm looking to get a beater car, was looking at an sc300 with 200k miles for under $3k. Should I bite on it? Or will it give me problems. It's a manual with a newer clutch. Orrr an is300 with 140k for $5.5k .Thanks guys

Do you ever have passengers? If so maybe the IS300.

I had a 92 sc400 briefly... It had 240k and I'd never get another. Had lots of power but the ride was uncomfortable. If i put maybe 2500+ into suspension updates (bushings, mounts, shocks, tires, ball joints, links, everything suspension lol) then it would have been good for awhile. I put that money into the current car instead. I sold it for like $2200 I think... I sold it cheap cause I wanted to move on.

No on the SC is my vote
