Navigation unit

I have a 07 is250 I have the stock stereo and I was wondering if I could swap units as plug and play with a navigation unit if so where can I find one for a reasonable price

Not plug and play. It requires some modification but definitely doable.

Probably easier to get an aftermarket Roadrover unit from China, if you can find one.
