2012 Head Lamps on a 2010
I have a 2010 IS250 with Halogen head lamps and an aftermarket H.I.D. kit.
I've read that the loaded set is the way to go and to make sure to get the relay for the blinker as well (to avoid fast flashing, since the 2012 is a single bulb blinker on each head lamp)
My question is, what happens with the DRL? I have a Canadian model car if that makes any difference and I wanted it to work the following way.
Car is OFF = All lights are OFF.
Car is ON / Hand brake is OFF = LED are ON.
Car is ON / Hand brake is ON = All lights are OFF.
Car is ON / Park lights are ON / Hand brake is OFF = LED is ON / Park lights are ON.
Car is ON / Park lights are ON / Hand brake is ON = LED is OFF / Park lights are ON.
Car is ON / Head lights are ON / Hand brake is OFF = LED is ON / H.I.D. is ON / Park lights are ON.
Car is ON / Head lights are ON / Hand brake is ON = LED is OFF / H.I.D. is ON / Park lights are ON.
is the above possible or do the LED turn on ALL the time?
And finally, is this literally plug and play or does something have to get cut or tapped into?
Thanks in advance everyone!
