Default Trouble getting XM satellite radio working

Hi, I have a 2007 Lexus IS 350 and I am having trouble with the satellite radio. I activated the free trial but for some reason it's not working. If I go to SAT1, 2 or 3 it says "loading..." And then "no signal." I called Sirius & they said there might be some loose wiring & to take it to the dealer. The closest Lexus dealer is over an hour away & I was wondering if there is something I can do on my part? I'm also reading that the actual "kit" may not be installed? Even though I have the shark fin & my SAT button works? Please help! Thank you!

Do you have any other electronics in the car that are aftermarket and could be affecting signal?

Such as dash cams, believe it or not but mine interferes with my GPS antenna.

Don't quote me on this, but apparently SAT radio was an option until 2010 and even though you have the button and the antenna, you may not have the receiver.

Here's a DIY for installing the OEM receiver.

No, everything is original.

Wow! That looks complicated!
Is that where the receiver would be if I had one? In the trunk near the amp?

I do have the receiver in my trunk. I don't know how to post a pic to show! All the wiring looks good according to the do it yourself link. Any other suggestions? Something with the shark fin? How do I get to that? Thanks!
