Exclamation Help with stock HID

My HID's are having a weird issue, I would like to know if I could get some help on how to rectify the problem. These are OEM Toshiba HID purchased from sewell.

I uploaded some images to support, they have some lines running thorough the beam, and also on the pavement there are bright/dim spots

It might be your lens on your headlight housings. Sometimes if you have scratches on your headlights from washing with not a Shamy or roughy towel, you can scratch the clear UV coat on the lens. If your headlights are old and over time heat from the bulb will affect the lens too.
