In this case if I don't want it completely off, will it help if I get a isf steering ecu and use the isf sport vdim setting so it would kick in later?
Yes, it will help reduce VDIM interference. If you're also looking to improve the steering feel, make sure you get an 11+ IS-F Steering ECU.
Just want to update my final setup and what I have tried
First I tried a set of 17x9 +35 rpf1. The barrel of these wheels have a step and would rub the front brake caliper.
Then I ordered a set of Fast FC04 18x9 +40. These need a 5mm spacer in the front or else the spokes rub the front caliper. And this is the setup in the picture.
For tire, I go with 255/35/18 Firestone Indy 500 all round. With the car lowered on tein s tech springs, there is no rubbing. And for the price, these tires are amazing.
