One thing I also do is to make it a point to tell them is to NOT wash my car. Last time I let the dealership wash my car I noticed the "kid" who was doing the washing actually used the same cloth he was using outside the car on the inside of the car. My interior smelt like crap for a couple of days. They will also just run your car through the non-touchless carwash which is one of the worst things you can do for the paint.

This is one of the many reasons why only I touch my car and perform all maintenance on it (exceptions being recalls).

Guy called me back, told me they had it documented that both fenders had scratches, which isn't true only right had a smaller freeway chip about 1/10th the size of the one they added.. So what do they do? Just mark the whole car as scratched to cover there *** ? Said they use rubber mats when working it , blah blah , trying to pin it on me.
