Default condensation

the doors on the moisture seals need to be closed. open all the moisture guards and turn on the headlights for a while until it evaporates. then properly seal the drl moisture guards, relocate the decoders if you have to.

Let me know how or if you did resolve yours. I have the same issue on mines and I tried polishing it, but no go.

Pull your headlight off, bake your headlight at 220 degrees for 10 min pry it open with a flat head, clean it out and dry it properly, bake and reseal with clear sealant that can be purchased at walmart. This is also a good chance yo do black housing if you want. Or forget everything I said and buy 2012 headlights

Search is your friend

Check your covers behind the headlights, they might not be on properly. Remove your headlight, shake out all the water (if any) and let the headlight dry out in the sun for a few hours

U follow my instructions u wont have any issues. If ure scared to bake then use a heat gun. If u just try to pry it loose without heating the sealant to get it loose you will do more harm than good and potentially damage your headlights

I had this same problem upon installing my HIDS which was not there before installing. Long story short I ended up removing the headlight baking it in the sun for about 4 good hours at around 75-80 degrees outside. Headlight was not fully opened though if you catch my drift. 4 hours later my headlight had zero condensation on the inside. Went outside the next morning and here we are again back to step 1 with tons of condensation on inside. I take it to the HID shop and he puts sealant on inside and said this would help dry it all up saying it wasnt his fault. Same step the very next morning, I finally said F***k this and took it to Lexus who personally I think BS'd me & said the headlight was defected and installed a brand new at around 800$ give or take.
