DON'T BUY SPARK PLUGS FROM A CHINESE SHPPLIER ON eBAY! I have a set of counterfeit Denso spark plugs in my garage right now. Bought from a Chinese supplier on eBay. eBay does not seem to be interested in solving this problem or helping members who have been screwed!

I bought another set of Denso TT plugs from Advance Auto parts. Denso says they are a better plug than the OEM plug:

Edit: Because of this incident, my participation on eBay as a buyer and seller has been drastically reduced. I will go to great lengths to avoid using them

@Aspect, which seller did you get your from?
I'm not one to go cheap on spark plugs cos they are not easy and take about of time to install. I also don't like to pay for what the dealers would charge.
Anyone got links to where they buy theirs from?

I am by no means calling you out flowrider, but what happened since then? I thought you confirmed them to be legitimate?
i've been using these plugs since like September 2016 and have had no problems whatsoever. Did them at 115k Kms and now I'm at 128k Kms

^^^^Yep, I thought I did too! But after careful inspection, see my last link above. The welds are no where close to the plugs I got at Advance Auto. I'm really sorry I steered you wrong. Mine are counterfeit, close to authentic looking, but counterfeit nonetheless Please accept my apologies.
And BTW, I deserve to be called out for this. I made a terrible mistake that affected other people. For that I am really upset that I didn't do further investigation at the time.
Note - When I finally became aware of the problem, I called eBay. They told me they were aware of this issue and had forbidden WellJob to sell any more spark plugs. Three months later I checked and he was back to selling plugs. I received absolutely no help from eBay or PayPal. I eMailed WellJob a number of times with no response

Not to thread jack but can I safely keep using these plugs until I have to change them again? I try to keep my car in the best condition possible so I don't want to risk anything.

How about here?
https://www.densoproducts.com/product.aspx?zpid=11248
It's half the cost of what the dealers quoted me per item.

^^^^Hate to make recommendations on spark plugs again But, I went with these:
https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/we...hedFrom=header
I called Demso, and they told me that the TT plug was better then the OEM plug.
Again, check out my last link above.

IKBH20 is not what comes up on Denso site for the is250? or what the dealers quoted me. FK20H is. The latter is more expensive too. Advance Auto dont ship to where I am.
