URGENT, IS350 Brakes Shims and Pads Removal??? PLEASE!
Hi guys! I just bought some used IS350 brakes, full set and I want to repaint them. It had the pads and shims already in all four of the calipers and I was wondering how I can remove it so I can paint the whole caliper. I have no idea how to disassemble the shims and pads from the calipers, i'm so confused. It's like my only day off tomorrow for a while and I know it, and I'm planning on repainting the calipers, but just dont want to paint with the shims and pads on. Any information on this? I looked at Javy LSU's thread but he changed his pads only and with the brakes on his car, so if anyone can chime in, I greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance so so so much!

yeah thanks for the link, before when i was looking at javy's thread, i couldnt see what pin he was talking about. I'm set on how to remove the fronts, but the rears are more complicated lol, it's not just held by a pin, looks like its held by two and the pins inside interconnect with each other lol, if anyone can chime in please do! thanks for everyones contributions btw.
