Auto Dimming Rear Mirror

I'm having problems with my Auto Dimming Rear Mirror in my IS350 it's getting black stripes on the mirror. Any suggestions to correct the problem??

Do a search. Been discussed before in other threads. BTW, mine just started doing it too. I searched and found the issue discussion.
