Default 2012 F sport wheels/tires rubbing

Hey guys,

I tried searching the forums to see if anyone else had the problem, but I couldn't find it. I have a new 2012 F sport and my tires are rubbing when I turn the wheel all the way around. Any other F-sport owners have this problem?

Thanks!

When you're turning it all the way around, are you making a U-turn? Or does this occur when you're in a parking lot? How fast were you driving for it to rub? Does it sound like it's rubbing on the fenders? I'm thinking if you're making a turn all the way around, you might hear the sidewall/edge of the tires making contact with the ground which might sound like a rubbing sound. I've personally never heard it on mine and I'm lowered with coilovers with less than no finger gap. Check and see if there is any rubbing marks on the tires or fender/liner area.

I usually hear the rubbing noise when I'm backing up, getting out of a parking spot. and just having the wheel turned all the way around. I'm not going fast at all, but you could be right, it may be just the edge of the tire making contact. I'll have to see tomorrow. Thanks for your input though!

I get the same noise when I'm backing in.
