What are some signs of alternator issues for 07 is250? Got a new battey, but the signal lights and reverse lights don't work (check fuses and they are ok). I don't know what else it can be?

one common blown fuse. It's the 10A GUAGE fuse located in the top right corner in the driverside kick panel(as your looking at it).

dont check, but replace the fuse should do it

Replaced fuse and it worked for about 10 miles and then stopped working again. I know there is probably a short some where but the car is stock and I have not messed with any electrical. Please advise.
