i think it's safe to say that the title of this thread is a bit misleading.

after all, all emotional arguments aside, said dealership fulfilled its contractual terms.

CT is the only car Lexus sells that is cheaper than the IS, that's how it came up. Not sure what relevance it had.

my friend waited an extra 2 months for custom maseratti to come in....... i think on special orders it sometimes out of dealers hands when the car comes in because dont forget this not a shippment of mail.....

read the f'in contract. the deposit is refundable if they still haven't delivered the car 120+30 days after you signed it on October 22.

I like that they wrote "customer wishes to finance at the lowest possible rate" as if that were a contract term. I think that is code for "we have a live one here."
