Minor car accident but....

Yeh i can't do anything about it. If they aren't going to investigate this claim and would rather just pay her off, sucks for me, win for her. -_-
I've loved & recommended AAA till now. I will probably shop for new insurance next October/November when policy is up for renewal (luckily i renewed before the accident) if they do pay her for her injury claim. With the amount of evidence against this claim, i'm surprised at what they seem to be doing so far. I thought they would back me up and fight against the claim!

Really sorry to hear this. I always think about car insurance and safety from my perspective, meaning "I'm a safe driver, so this won't happen to me". Stories like this make me realize how much other people and their decisions can affect me. Right now I'm glad I have accident forgiveness on my policy.

**** like this really pisses me off. Lazy insurance companies who rather pay up and make you pay more. Ridiculous.
Reminds me of when my wife was on a one lane road making a right into a publix parking. Moron behind her didnt stop and hit her rearquarter panel. Kid said at the accident that it was his fault and even the police report said so, 10 days afte the accident we get a letter that we are being sued. After many back and forths with the specialist they end up winning the case. ****ty insurance companies for the loss.

Update!!!
AWWWW YEAHHHH. Karma is a B****!!!!
Best phone call of my life today! LOL
My insurance company called me up. After they contacted her about the injury claim and sent a rep out there, they found out she did not get insurance after buying her new car. So when she was in the accident, she wasn't actually covered by any insurance company. She gets the money for the bumper and she will get the money for the ER visit (because it was my fault she had to go there)....even if her injury claim is invalid. She has nobody to represent her, and i guess based on the police report, and my photos taken at the scene, she will get $0 for settlement/injury/etc money
Lessons Learned:
Keep your distance, take LOTS of photos if you get into an accident, and Karma is a b**** so watch out if you try and pull a fast one on somebody

I have a story to add too...I got into a accident about mid Sept 201...rear ended someone probably doing less than 15 mph...any ways cause about $13,000 of damages to my car. The lady was in a new gen civic sedan at a stop waiting to turn left when I hit her...we move into a parking lot, asked if she was ok if she needed me to call for a ambulance she said everything was fine...cops just happened to be driving by so I flag them down, cops asked if they want a ambulance too and she says no she's fine...her car needs a new bumper cover and a few clips. Anyways two days later I get this letter in the mail from her attorney...not her insurance company. Asking for my insurance coverage limits and ssn...am like ha! am not releasing no information! Just fwd to my insurance, just some fat lady trying to get some $$ out me!!! Insurance company said to never tell anyone your limits on your coverage bc that will determine if the lawyer will seek out the case (higher limits the more $$). Karma is a ******!
