Default At 50K miles which fluids should have been changed?

Aside from the engine oil, what else should/would have been changed?

My cousins 250 is close and not sure if this information is in her manual, which she "misplaced" anyway. Also, not sure if this information would be the same for a 350 or not.

Brake fluid at 30k/2 yrs.

That's it.

Won't be anything else till 60k and 90k (brake fluid again both times), the coolant every 100k.

Ummm.......hit the lexus website and you can find all the scheduled maintenance you need by going to "owner's resources" and selecting the year/make/model etc. Something makes me think you are not concerned with what Lexus thinks but what the forum thinks...which is a whole 'nother ball o' wax!

OK, thanks for the link and information. This is nothing to do with me not being concerned with what Lexus thinks. It has more to do with not KNOWING what Lexus thinks, which is why I asked the question here since I knew someone would have a good source of information.

One thing I didn't see on there was the ATF, anyone know when that needs to be done?

Does not need to be done. Its a sealed transmission, the ATF is a lifetime fluid.
Even if you try to change it, you won't get much fluid out of the system.
