I drove my Civic without fender liners for a few years. All it protects is water from entering the car. I wouldn't trip too much.

actually mine ripped as well... from tire rubbing.. water got inside the engine base and blew my hid fogs.. so i am looking into replacing them too.

does anyone know the part number from Sewell? i couldn't really figure it out.

for slammed cars - people usually cut them or remove them. and it's true about the wind noise.
