what other brand rims fit?

yo..

just wanting to know what other manufacturer's rims will fit on a IS250?

does the bolt pattern, i think its 5x114.3, is that all that has to be the same?

Ford is one - 5x114 = 5x4.5; All I got

Bolt pattern has to be the same unless you plan on drilling your own holes. Wheel diameter, wheel face & offset all need to be considered.
