Default Need some help (hissing noise near LR tire)

Okay, as some of you know Im new to the site. I picked up an 07 Is250. Now I dont know how to describe the problem (if you want to call it that) Im having right now. When I turned the car off yesterday, I noticed a hissing noise coming from my back drivers side tire. Took out the tire pressure gauge, it was at a normal reading. looked all around the side wall and tread of the tire for any air bubbles (it was raining and the tire was wet). Saw nothing so I thought nothing of it. I went out to grab the paper this morning, still heard the same sound coming from that area. The tire isnt flat, and yet again had a normal tire pressure reading without any variation to the reading I took yesterday. Im assuming its not the tire at this point. Does anyone know what this is? Or has anyone else had this issue with the 250/350?

Thanks guys

The only thing I know of that can make a hissing noise in that area of a car would either be a leak in the tire (which you have dismissed), or sometimes you can hear the pressure being released from your EVAP system VSVs or charcoal canister VSV (but those would only be when the car is on or just after shut-off)...
