Default Weird water marks inside speedometer

Last night while driving, I noticed what appears to look like water spots on the inside of my speedometer glass. Weird thing is, this happened to my old 2007 IS250 before I got my IS350.

I was wondering if it's possible to take the glass/plastic off and clean it. If so, how?

theres 2 screws on top and 2 screws on the side, behind the trim, u have to take out the trim, start on the side of the start button and just pull it down from the steer wheel column opening, once u take out the bezel, theres a clip on the top, just use ur fingers to unclip it and slide it out to the left with the steering wheel all the way down and the door open

After looking at JavyLSU's mod, I don't think its possible to open the speedometer and clean the inside face. What he did was swap out the whole unit.

The glass can be removed and cleaned, or replaced if you want (it is sold separately).
