Thanks for the education Phill888. I now have a different understanding of the "VIP" style.

It's funny, VIP is so not an issue in japan. Yes there are guidelines, but I truly beleive that to them our cars are badass and viceversa. Actually there is a growing movement in japan called usdm styling. They buy all of the generic "eBay" type parts and call it US style VIP. It's kinda funny!

In Hawaii, Judd is right, many a forum discussion has ended with heated arguments. Bottom line is that only the US likes to argue what VIP is and what it is not. A couple of guys license plates here in hawaii said it best, VIPFFT, and PIVKUF.
Do your own style, it will always look better.

Now let's see what you guys come up with!!!

^ haha

reminds me of Infiniti owners. In the US, people want to change from Infiniti G37 to Nissan Skyline 370GT (JDM) something like that. I checked in japanese blogs, everyone is rebadging to Infiniti G37.

Funny how everyone want's what the others have....maybe I could trade w/ someone in Japan my rear tails for the JDM ones. I'm sure they pay 400+ for our tails..lol
