Default for those who have installed JL cleansweep..

putting together my system this week and am currently concerned about how a JL cleansweep works. my plan is to put in a sub+amp first and then speakers+amp later.. i know i will need CL441DSP, and people say i will need the CL-SSI signal summing interface as well because of the way our cars are designed. my only concern is that the cleansweep only has 2 channels on the CL441DSP, which will be taken up by the 2 channels used for the speaker amp. if that's so, then where do i plug my subwoofer amp into? because of this, i'm actually looking more into the rockford fosgate 3sixty, although it requires calibration. any input would be appreciated
