New Tire Size Suggestions
Whatsup guys. I have 20 inch Nad 4 one piece rims (8.5 F/9.5 R) and i was previously running 245/30/20 in the front and 275/30/20 in the rear. In not sure of the offsets but i think they might be +35 all around .The tires were Toyo Proxis T1R. i am also dropped on eibach springs.
I had to use a very small spacer in the front to clear the caliper but the 245/30/20 tire is rubbing on the inside of the fender. The fender liner is completely worn away leaving that long metal piece exposed and scaring my tire. You can see all the marks all around the tire from this metal piece digging into it when i hit large dips.
I figured this would be the best time to try and correct the issue since i need all 4 new tires... so what would be the best tire size with the most meat on it that might minimalize this rubbing issue?
I saw someone else with a 235/35/20 tire on the front but wouldent that mean less protection for the lip and the inside of the rim?
do i have any other options?!?! help please?!?!
thanks

the rubbing is more than just the plastic liner because its pretty much all worn away from that area. it is definitely due to the metal rail where the bumper attaches to the body under the fender.
