Default going to the dealer, aftermarket HID

Hey Guys,

I'm going into the dealer a week from now to get a whole bunch of stuff done. The fuel line tsib, the rattle tsib (hopefully), and the brake pad tsib (hopefully). My question is should I remove the aftermarket HID system I put in for my main headlights? I mean its pretty simple to remove and reinstall, and I wouldn't want them to refuse service or blame anything on the aftermarket system. So what do you guys think?

Thanks in advance,
James

No its fine. The dealership should not have any excuse to work on the car. I would think this isnt the first time they work on a car with mods.

don't think the headlights will affect your TSIB getting done...

aftermarket HID won't affect any of those tsibs (atleast the fuel line and brakes for sure since its a Special service campaign. rattle is more risky) but if your car is still under warranty they MAY try to void it for the future if you stumble into an unfriendly manager

I wouldn't risk

I just went for my recalls with my aftermarket HIDs and no problem.
Got fuel line, power steering, and rear brake calipers and pads replaced ^^
