Does anyone have a BAD noice at start up?
I have a warranty question for those that have modded their car and are leasing.
I have an intake, exhaust and springs, and when I started my car this morning, it sounded like someone dumped marbles into the engine, Just for the first second. Then nothing everything was fine.
Are they going to break by ***** about the mods if I take it to the dealer?
It needs to be fixed. I heard someone else mention a chain tensioner issue. That would make sense to me.

They would have to prove the mod actually was the cause of the problem. I don't know what the problem could be, but I would put the stock intake back prior to taking it back. "Breaking *****" varies from dealership to dealership. If you want, I can see if Lexus of Cherry Hill can help you out.

I made an appointment to have the dealer look into it.
Not sure what will come of it. It sounds like others have had the same issue, and it's been taken care of.
It does make me nervous that is such a major repair.
