mine were like that too, but all I did was re-tape them starting from the bottom all the way to the top making sure that it doesnt contact the window and now they are fine, YOu have to just bend them a little

AVS ones aren't a bad replica... although as car enthusiasts we know the difference.. the AVS visors hang down lower than the JDM ones... hence making the back look a bit thick... which IMO doesn't look as good as the JDM ones... but to the regular eye no one will notice or would even care.
