low tire and VSC ???
Just wanted to know if anyone has any insight/experience with this.
I noticed my low tire warning on my dash when i started my car tonight, so I immediately got out and checked my tire pressure. It was at around 32lbs. all around and I remember reading somwhere that if your tire pressure sways more than 4 lbs from the calibrated pressure, it would trigger the low tire warning. Figuring it was probably due to the lower temperature, i immediately drove up to the gas station and pumped it up to 37 lbs.. When I started up the car again the low tire warning had dissapeared .
My problem is that the check VSC warning and the engine light is on instead of the low tire. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is this a by-product of the low tire warning and if it is, can I reset it myself somehow? Or do I have to take it to the dealership cause it could be something serious. Also, can I still drive it until I get an appointment?
Thanks in advance,
ed

same problem here, just filled up my front 2 tires and the "low tire warning" turned off only to leave me with the "slip" light and "check vsc" with the warning exclamation point on.
what gives?
