Default Clear bra comparison - Llumar vs VentureShield

Well I had to get my Llumar clear bra removed the other day, it protected the car well but the surface ended up being a bit soft and got scratched a ton.

When the installer peeled it off, the Llumar was on for about a year, the paint underneath was like butter, no marks, perfect! The Llumar film however was a mess, scratches, bug marks, etc even though I kept it cleaned as needed. My opinion the Llumar film is a bit scratch prone and on a dark car it could be a liability. It performs really well however.

Oh yeah, the Llumar peeled right off, no adhesive residue or anything, my installer said it was the easiest removal he's ever seen.

I switched to VentureShield and I'm waiting out the drying process now, but it looks good just need to see what the long term results are going to be.

I found the new 3 layer VentureShield to be the best looking film out of the 3/4 others out there. I've only had it on since Jan but I park the car outside and it looks as good as new. There are absolutely no marks, at all. Time will tell. I see why it has a lifetime warranty.

Does this look good on the light colored car (GFM)?

I also have Ventureshield and it looks as good as when it was first installed back in December. Hope it stays this way for a long time.

I've had Ventureshield for almost a year now and it still looks new.
I got caught behind a leaking gravel truck one day and all the marks
buffed right off the coating. Bird bombs don't seem to bother it either.
Very pleased with the product. Lifetime warantee also.
