the is250 doesn't have vdim. it has vsc. you can get rid of the vsc by doing the pedal dance.

same procedure as the other models except instead of pressing down on the foot e-brake... you pull up on the hand e-brake.

Could you be clearer! You have "e-brake up" before starting and then another "e-brake up", without an "e-brake down" anywhere in there.
