It is not real, leave it.

Although, they do have a lot of good feedback, which makes you wonder.

It's not worth your money, it's a crap PCB with a few wires that you run into your ECU/MAP sensor that vary the signal which is how your car decides what A/F ratio to run... Best case you get a bit of a boost until your ECU learns the signal is crap and throws a code, worst case you lean way out and do damage to your engine.

If Toyota/Lexus engineers had a $21 way to boost up to 25 hp safely they would do it. I'm sure they have good feedback because like any placebo as long as it doesn't do anything bad most peoples "butt dyno" will tell them it was money well spent even though it does zilch.

If any one wants to give me $20 I'll find 50 lbs of crap in your car to remove, that's at least good for about .05-.10 in the 1/4 mile!

Why not buy 4 and add 100 hp to your car?
I hear also that just putting a performance part sticker on your car can add as much as 5 hp each!

If it seems too good to be true it probably is.

Haha just a rule of thumb, there is no such thing as "chip" mods for any Toyota/Lexus. Toyota engineers spend countless hours to configure the ECU to each Toyota to maximize output and of course maximize fuel economy at the same time. The parameters that the ECU's are built with are optimized. No other company other than Toyota, TRD and it's main subsidiaries have the coding to Toyota/Lexus ECU's.

Caveat Emptor!

Its unfortunate that so many "miracle" products show up on ebay. Good thing we have this forum to get the heads up.

Almost. Lotus have the code as well for the drivetrain in the Elise/Exige.

AFA the code being optmised for engine output performance, not true. It is optimised to ensure the engine successfully completes warranty service despite a wide variety of weather conditions, variable fuel quality, the occasional partially blocked injector, single sensor out of whack, etc, etc.

I agree TCCS is very hard to beat for a lot of reasons, but it isn't because it provides ultimate performance as measured on an acceleration test.

The 3.5L is already top of its class, and Toyota is already pushing the 3.5L to its limits. In general it will be extremely hard to get any realistic gains on an NA engine by just playing with the ECU....

I bet there's an easy 20 hp in just getting the a/f closer to optimum, but you have to assume a greater risk of catastrophic failure to do this.

My understanding is that you cannot "chip" an OBDII car. You can reprogram the CPU, but not chip it... I could be wrong, for sure.

How do you propose to know what the limits of the 3.5 are??? Sorry, but very few, if any engines straight from the factory are pushed to their limits. If they were, there would be tons of warrany claims. The EVO is about the closest vehicle that is pushed to it's limit straight from the facotry, and even then, there are many modified Evo's putting down a lot more power than a stock one.

if you look at the feedback, most of them just say like, great service, fast shipping, they dont really talk about the product
