Default Headlights seems to be acting up

Ever since the dealer replaced one of my headlamp, I've noticed my headlights have been acting strangly.. The headlight switch is set on AUTO, which allows the headlights and parking lights to turn on and off automatically. I believe my personalized setting for headlights to turn off is 30 seconds after the engine turns off and my doors are locked. Anyway, I usually press my key once to lock my door and then press again to turn off the headlights.....I don't like to wait for 30 sec. for the lights to turn off automatically. Well, on two occassions, the headlights did not turn off after I press the key twice. To turn it off, I had to move the headlight switch to the OFF position.

Well, just this evening something else happened. With the engine off, I turned the headlight switch to headlight on and then off again, the headlights stayed on. What's going on?? You think the dealer messed up some wirings when they replaced my headlamp? I hate going to the dealer. Anyone with this problem before?

Do you think it's my headlight sensor that is acting up?

Turn the car off ONE time by pushing the power button. Close the door and lock it.

Dont touch it for 30 sec's... And they will turn off.

I did that and it worked. The only problem is when I want the lights to turn off faster than 30 sec by pressing the key again, the lights remain on indefinitely.
