Default Opinion on rim/tire setups.

I'm new to the aftermarket wheels topic. It appears you can spend a small fortune on rim and tire setups. I've seen a lot of pictures and numbers describing size, etc...but what are reasonable prices? Who are some of the reputible companies (both expensive and not so expensive). Most of what you guys have done is by going to 19 or 20 in wheels. Is there reason beyond "looks" for increasing size?
thanks.

prices are all relevant, it has to do with the brands, quality, size, width, etc... there is no "reasonable" price for something. it's all about the owner, you tell what's reasonable. what i can tell you is spending 4k or so on good quality wheels is NOT unreasonable

larger wheels usually have better handling, but if it gets too large, it's getting too heavy. so at some point it becomes cosmetic mods
