I curious to know more about this talk of an IS hybrid I heard there might just be one in a few years any body know about this yet I guessing it will be a V6 paired with an electric motor. Give me the 411 I would like to know more about it.

Still a rumor, and very unlikely. The car does not have the space available for the batteries (nor low weight) to make it a "hybrid performance" sedan. Only the GS, LS, and RX have the space for it, as well as any future SUV. Perhaps if there is a future IS sportscross?

Possible for sure, but the weight of the car would exceed two tons. That may not be appealing for a performance sedan, no matter how high the horsepower...

It's arguable that even the GS has the trunk space for the batteries for a hybrid as they are now The GS450h has even less trunk volume than the SC430.
I think there's not much difference between the trunk space of a regular GS & the IS350 .
