Default Noob question

HI!

I had a question and maybe someone can answer it for me.
I bought my IS from Tustin Lexus and I heard from this thread how bad their service is, etc.
so my question is, for my 5K service, do I have to take it to Tustin Lexus or can I take
it to any other dealers for the free service?

Sorry for the noob question as the title indicates

You can take it to any dealer that you wish to take it.

You can take it to any other dealership.

See how their service is: see how long it takes, how well they take care of you, ask for a tour of their facility, how well the car turns out (washed, gas filled up, etc.), and if they are welcoming enough for you to come back. If they treat you like crap just because it's a free oil change, I suggest you look for another service provider.

Good luck!

Are you sure about the gas fill up ? If I bring the car in with less than 1/4 tank, the dealer will fill it up ? In your experience, which dealers have done this for you ??? TIA.
