My new baby is finally home (pics)
Well, my 4-1/2 month month wait is finally over, just in time for spring.
Brought my baby home last week and I am totally overwhelmed by
how awesome this car is!
When I took my test drive last November it was impressive
with it's flat cornering, but with the salesman there,
I could not fully experience what this car had to offer. Let me say
that it just wants to go. It just leaves everyone in my rear view mirror
at the lites when in the ECT Power mode. The hardest part is
holding it back during the beak-in period. It's so smooth at idle
that I can't even tell it's running, then with just a small dip into
the go-pedal it builds revs without you even realizing it.
The Mark Levenson system is superb. The second night I had it,
I performed the NAV/DVD wiring hack as well as the seat belt
override. The backup camera works really well even at night.
To my surprise it offers a field of vision that even exceeds the
mirrors. The Nav is much easier to operate than my last car,
especially with it's voice recognition. There are so many
high tech features that I will undobtedly be finding new things
for a long while to come.
The wife is starting to feel a little neglected since I've been working on
my baby just about every night. Zaino treated her after the first wash,
installed a Valentine One, Installed chrome wheels that were
ordered on e-bay, and have appointments for clear bra installation
and window tinting this week.
You guys here at ClubLexus helped me during my long waiting
period and enabled me to line up my future mods with your
comments and support.
Here are some pictures for your enjoyment. Black Onyx
looks so deep after a wax job.

nice color choice. black is a bi#ch to keep clean but when it is, it's the most gorgeous thing. Great job on the upkeep and you're making me rethink my decision not to chrome my stocks.

Congratulations!
I love my Black Onyx!
Here's mine, but it was raining: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=209530
Hey what was your Zaino process? Which products and how did you go about it?
Thanks,
Ray
