2IS w/ GS430 Suspesion question
so if the Springs on GS300/430 work on 2IS. does that go with coilovers also? Asking because if it does i'd rather buy the flex coilovers than springs

I have no idea if the struts are the same between the IS and GS. Most full coilovers replace the whole strut assembly so, someone would have to have the 2 side by side to compare. I can tell you one thing, the GS Tein S-tech on my car were actually taller than the stock springs. I have lowered many cars before and that is the first time i have ever seen that.

fit doesn't mean right imho. the weight of the 3gs and 2is are so different, i wouldn't really recommend any cross matching.
the 2gs and the sc430 has the same suspension structure, but someone put on the tein flex from gs on the sc430 and never felt right, until he changed it to the tein cs for the sc430, which has a different spring rate and such from the gs one as well
bottom line, i say just do it once and do it right
