Props goes to Roberto and Patrik at Compact Tuning Lab here in Calgary, if it wasn't for them I would have never of done this.
And sorry for the glare, the shops just has a lot of lighting. I'll get better pictures later.

So who should i send my lights to? I would probley go threw the work of pulling them off the car but i have tried on other cars to remove the lens and it was not my cup of tea. Ill stay do everything but remove and reinstall the front lens. Im sure some local shop would do it. They would have to deal with making sure the headlight lights dont leak or break.

Well basically that's what I didn't do is the heat gun part. I wasn't sure how long to heat certain parts for and since Roberto and Patrik (who's done over a million housings) know I let them handle it. I just helped with everything else but that part cause I was, and I agree with you guys that that is the hardest part and scariest part. Although now that I have seen them do it, I can honestly say I'm not afraid to try myself.
Any leaking, if anything, will most likely not come from putting the lens back together but everything else like the dust cover and making sure the bulb is back correctly. It would be hard for vapor to seap through the cracks between the lens and the housing because there is so much sealant from factory. There are two clear plugs that may come dislodged if not handled properly. Although it's easy to put back, just push them back into place, it's hard to notice. The plugs actually allow some air to enter and escape the housing because without a source of cool air, the housing will get too hot due to factory bulbs and such which could cause melting.
So just make sure the dust jacket, bulbs, the two clear plug on each housing (near the low beam I think, you'll see it) are properly placed back to original spot. Also any grommets that you may have from installing aftermarket HIDs need to be checked to make sure it is sealed. All these are the major factors to leaking. Cause you can always put more sealant around the housing and lens when you put it back, just don't make a mess.
