Just bought a 2005 IS 300
So I just bought a 2005 IS300. Had a 2008 BMW 3 series, constant engine problems and very expensive keep up. (Ignition starter went out, run flat tires were expensive, battery cost $700. Ended up getting side swiped and Gieco totaled it out. Owned multiple 1998 Lexus LS 400s. Then a Mercedes clk320 convertible. Then the Beamer. The German cars kept having problems so I wanted to get a Lexus that I knew would be reliable. So here is my car!
What do you think?
It had only one owner, scheduled recommended maintence was all done at the dealership! Crazy she must have spent more on the maintenance than the value of the car over time! I have seen a couple of these cars still on the road but none of them look as clean as this one. I think I got lucky?

Very clean!! Bought it from a dealership or private seller? How many miles on it? Mind sharing what you gave up for it?!

Bought it from Northside Lexus, in Houston. Was looking for a car with the salesman and saw this car coming in and waiting for it to come in to buy without even seeing it. One owner, all scheduled maitence was done at that dealership.
I've loved it, the only problem I have had is the sticky dash. As you can tell from my username I had a LS400 , 2 different ones, they were troopers.
I've be attacking this sticky dash today. I'l' take before and after pics and videos. This project takes more than one day. Humid in Houston!
BTW my Mother got a 2006 GS 300 with only 14k miles that still smelled new and was driven by a grandma that garaged it. It literally looks and smells brand new and is a 10 year old car, crazy. Only 14k.

2018 UPDATE:
Did some plastip to it, here's what it looks like. I just plastidiped the wheels so it looks different than this. Will uploaded another photo soon of the wheels blacked out. Just hit 120,000 miles.
I had to do the sticky dash removal. Have a youtube video on it. I heard sadlesoap helps also. Going to try that.
