Hey I am new to this forum. I came from the Evo world, so this is a whole new platform for me. I was hoping some of you guys could recommend me some internals for my motor. As well as some drivetrain items.
Power goal is 500-600 and I will be daily driving the car.
Besides my DD, I plan on getting into drifting mostly. Maybe an autocross here or there.

The car:
2001 Lexus IS 300.
Currently I am looking for a
-Fortune Auto coils
-GTE head
-OE TT intake manifold

Looking for suggestions with:
-Rods
-Pistons
-Transmission (R154, turbo 400?) WIsh I could afford a v160, or v161 but I cannot.

I guess overall I want some input with what in your opion would be an ideal part for my situation. I have just started to search some forums, I thought this would be a good place to gather some information.

I would recommend an engine swap? I just bought an is300 too.....

Research a single turbo set up. Not sure how much you can push it to, but I would think you can get close to 500. Look around in the SC section maybe.
